Beginner Reformer (Reformer Introductory)


Come learn more about the basic principals of pilates and how it can help support your posture and improve your core strength.  We will teach you about the basic principals and then lead you through the huge variety of exercises that can be done on the reformer.  Upon completion of these two sessions, clients are welcome to join our group reformer classes.
