8:00 AM Drop Two Sizes Challenge


The 8 Week Challenge will get you back into those favorite jeans or dress.  This program is designed to teach women how to change their body composition for the long term so that they no longer have to fight a losing battle with their weight.  My goal is to empower you by helping you find your inner strength as you find your outer strength.  The program creates a community of women working for the same goals.  I'll support you with workouts, food lists and journal and accountability and online support.  At the end of the 8 weeks, we will celebrate your success.  I will lead you - you just have to be ready to do the work and be amazed at what you can accomplish!
