KATIE STARK - PILATES, BARRE, AND SPIN

Katie found her passion for health and fitness after being diagnosed with hypothyroidism and Celiac disease in 2006. After years of dealing with symptoms of exhaustion and weight gain, she finally had the answers she needed to take control of her health. She turned to clean eating and fitness to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  

Katie was inspired to help others reach their wellness goals. She has been teaching SPIN since 2007 and, over the years, she's fallen in love with many different forms of exercise and has done personal training. Most recently, she trained as a Barre and Pilates Reformer instructor. She finds her joy when she is challenging and encouraging clients to achieve their fitness goals.
