About ride and row
Ride and Row is the ultimate no impact cardio workout. Using Spin Bikes and Concept 2 Rowers, this class will get your heart rate up and make you sweat without any impact on your joints. We will combine strength, endurance and interval work.
Ride and Row is an intermediate-level class that introduces more challenges, coordination, and intensity, but we encourage all who can safely participate to join us for this class.
Our instructors will ensure that you are working out safely and will offer modifications to make the workout accessible to all levels.
