A class specifically designed for those who are reintroducing fitness into their lives - particularly after an injury or period of inactivity. Focus is on stretching and mobility as well as building strength, confidence and improving posture.

Previous Pilates experience or 1-3 private sessions to learn the fundamentals are suggested before joining a group reformer class.

Kansas City Intro to Pilates Classes

A complete reformer workout at a moderate pace. This is the perfect next step for those who have completed the intro sessions.

ALL LEVELS REFORMER

Kansas City Pilates Reformer Classes Level 1

A complete reformer workout at a comfortable pace for all levels. This is the perfect next step for those who have completed the intro sessions and five or more Reformer 1 classes.

Previous Pilates experience or 1-3 private sessions to learn the fundamentals are suggested before joining a group reformer class. 


REFORMER LEVEL 2

Kansas City Pilates Reformer Level 2

A faster paced reformer class combining some intermediate moves further challenging your strength, stability and coordination.
