What is barre?
Barre incorporates elements of Pilates, ballet and yoga, and is done at the ballet barre. Legs and glutes are targeted during barre workouts, but you'll get a full-body workout. Barre is good for all levels and no experience is required. Our barre classes are designed to make everyone feel welcome and get a great workout.
What to expect from your first barre class
Wear yoga-like attire, bring a water bottle, and get ready to sweat. We supply all props needed. Your instructor will get you the right props and get your space set-up for class. If you any have injuries or limitations, please let them know. All instructors offer modifications so you can exercise safely.
