Join Melanie Riley MPT and Certified Pilates Instructor, for a 1 hour Healthy Shoulder Workshop presented at Rise and Shine Pilates and Wellness.
Learn about the anatomy of the shoulder complex, some of the ailments common to this area, and how to prevent them.
We’ll discuss the importance of good posture, correct muscle balance, as well as how the shoulder connects to the core.
We’ll review exercises to strengthen, stabilize and protect the shoulder during exercise and daily activities.
