Our Barre Classes are a great full body workout.  The workout is done at the ballet barre and on the floor. Don’t worry, no dance background is need. You will develop strong, lean muscles and a love for the “shake”.  Katie’s favorite line is “hold on 1!”  She will be so sweet while she puts you through a workout like no other– EVERY SINGLE CLASS!
